I bought 300 steaks from them for a work celebration and I had several lifelong Texans tell me it was the best steak they have ever had. Gadzooks! I should have done this long, long ago. Everything expected and more. I ordered an entire grass fed and grass finished cow. It doesn't get better than this; especially to those who want to support local small businesses and desire fresh, hormone free, and food that can be traced to a specific location. The various cuts were delivered expertly packed in boxes ( a lot of boxes). Prior to delivery, I was able to express my desired cuts, weight distribution, and eliminate parts not desired. The entire process was smooth and easy. Had a hick up with my freezer and was able to delay possession without issue. I don't give 5 stars lightly but this is well deserved. As far as taste, phenomenal!!! A plus from start to finish. Ditch the unknown and shop here. Your expectations will be exceeded and you too will wonder, why you didn't take this route earlier.
