We are a small family-owned ranch in East Texas serving the Dallas area with the best ranch-raised beef. We raise our beef with a whole lot of love and a little bit of country charm. Our cattle spend their days roaming the green pastures, soaking up the Texas sunshine and munching on nothing but the finest grass. We don't cut corners when it comes to taking care of our herd.
Our grass-fed beef is top quality, full of flavor, and free of any antibiotics, hormones or steroids. When it's time for processing, we make sure it's done right. We harvest our beef locally and every order is inspected by the State of Texas assuring you of humane treatment and excellent quality controls. From juicy steaks to tender roasts, every bite is a taste of good ol' Texas beef.
