Hanging Weight

We sell most of our beef based on the hanging weight. This is the weight of the carcass after it has had it's head, hide, blood, and internal organs removed, but before it is further cut into retail portions.

THIS BEEF IS 75% WAGYU AND 25% ANGUS. This high-grade beef is prized for its intense marbling, tenderness and rich flavor. This beef will be highly marbled, juicy and extremely tender.

MOST OF OUR ORDERS ARE FOR RIBEYES, BUT WE OFFER STRIP STEAKS, FILETS AND T-BONES AS WELL. 

STEAKS ARE DELIVERED FRESH.

All Sweet Tea Cattle Ranch beef is grass fed and finished. 

But we also offer grain-finishing for those looking for more marbling in their beef. 

We strive to not only provide you with the best ranch-raised beef in Dallas, but we customize all our beef orders as well!

Sweet Tea Cattle Ranch is located off I-30 just over an hour east of downtown Dallas in Cumby Texas. 

Our typical steer will have an average hanging weight of 750 pounds.

If you are purchasing a half steer, it will be about 325 pounds. 

To place a beef order, please call Mary Beth @ 954-448-8551. A deposit is required to place an order. 

We require a $550 deposit when purchasing a half steer and $950 on a whole steer. 

We accept Zelle and Cash.
