I sous vide three of the strip steaks, and then seared them in cast-iron with butter and garlic salt… They came out very tender… And very flavorful. This meat is very clean… Excellent purchase. The hamburger meat was about 85%… Not to lean… I have ribeyes that I haven’t tried yet… But I’m excited… Going to cook them for something special.
